Ask. Find. Understand.

Try a sample question. See the source, the answer, and when the agent hands over.

Grounded in a sample source

Start with your team checklist.

Invite your teammate to the workspace, assign a buddy, and arrange an introduction with their manager.

More than a conversation.

A useful agent needs more than a prompt. It needs the right information, access to the right tools, and a clear understanding of when to ask a person. We design these pieces together, around a specific job your business needs done.

Internal knowledge assistants

Help people find information across approved documents, guides, and internal resources.

Customer support agents

Answer routine questions using your content and hand complex or sensitive issues to your team.

Research & reporting assistants

Gather relevant information, organise findings, and prepare summaries for review.

Sales & enquiry assistants

Collect requirements, qualify enquiries against your criteria, and prepare useful follow-ups.

Document assistants

Extract, compare, and summarise information while making uncertainty visible.

Agents that use your tools

Connect approved APIs and business applications so an agent can do more than answer.

From scattered knowledge to a helpful answer.

An employee asks about an internal process. The assistant searches approved sources, prepares an answer with relevant references, and flags anything that needs a human decision.

An illustrative use case. Your solution is designed around your requirements.

From idea to implementation

  1. 1Define the agent’s job and boundaries
  2. 2Connect approved knowledge and tools
  3. 3Evaluate real scenarios and edge cases
  4. 4Launch with monitoring and human handoffs

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can an agent work with our existing documents?

Yes. We first review your formats, access permissions, and update process, then design an appropriate knowledge connection. Not every document should be available to every user.

Will it take actions without approval?

That depends on the workflow we agree. We can require approval for sensitive actions and limit the tools and permissions available to the agent.

How do you handle inaccurate answers?

We use relevant sources, evaluations, and clear fallbacks to reduce errors. AI can still make mistakes, so important decisions need appropriate human review.

Are model and hosting costs included?

The proposal will distinguish development fees from recurring model, hosting, storage, and other provider costs.
