These terms apply to the Saman Technosys website and provide general information about our software development services. Visiting this website does not create a paid project or require you to purchase a service. A project begins only after the parties agree its scope and commercial terms in writing.
Project agreements
Each project should have an agreed proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement setting out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, milestones, and any acceptance criteria. That agreement takes precedence over these general website terms where they conflict, subject to applicable law.
Scope, changes, and timelines
Work is limited to the agreed scope. Additional features, revised requirements, or new integrations may require a written change to fees and timelines. Delivery estimates depend on timely access, content, decisions, and feedback, as well as any identified third-party dependencies. We will discuss material changes rather than assume approval.
Client materials and access
Clients are responsible for providing materials and access they are entitled to share, reviewing deliverables, and identifying requirements relevant to their business. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive personal information through an ordinary enquiry email; suitable access arrangements should be agreed separately.
Ownership and third-party materials
Ownership, licences, source-code delivery, and handover requirements should be stated in the project agreement. Third-party software, open-source components, fonts, and services remain subject to their respective licences. Nothing on this website transfers ownership of our branding or permits unauthorised reuse of someone else’s materials.
AI capabilities and external services
AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and need review appropriate to their use. Illustrative workflows on this website are examples, not live agents or guarantees of results. Hosting, model providers, app stores, and other external services have their own availability, pricing, and rules. Any project-specific safeguards and responsibilities should be agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use our services for unlawful activity. You may link to the website in a way that does not misrepresent an affiliation or endorsement.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
The agreed project terms, invoices, Payment Policy, and Refund Policy explain the relevant commercial arrangements. No fixed deposit, automatic subscription, or late fee is imposed simply by visiting this website.
Responsibility and disputes
We do not guarantee particular commercial outcomes, search rankings, or uninterrupted third-party services. Responsibility for a project, including any agreed warranties or limitations, should be set out in its written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please raise concerns by email so we can try to resolve them; applicable law and any valid project agreement govern unresolved matters.
Updates and contact
